By becoming a member of StayFit Gym & Fitness Center you agree to the following terms.

Membership

Memberships are non-transferable. Fees are billed per the plan you select. Freezes and refunds follow our published policy.

Facility use

Members are expected to use equipment responsibly, follow staff instructions, and respect fellow members. We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse.

Health disclaimer

Training carries inherent risks. Please consult a physician before starting any program. StayFit is not liable for injuries arising from unsupervised or improper training.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
